Rolls-Royce Corporation is seeking two LiftSystem Production Turbo-Machinery Tech Leads in Indianapolis, hybrid work pattern (3 days onsite). You will lead a technical team from design to service, mentoring peers and coordinating verification across engine subsystems.

The role requires strong engineering judgment, experience in turbo-machinery design, and collaboration with cross-functional IPTs to meet customer and program requirements. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• PhD in Engineering considered a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership across design, development and testing of LiftSystem components.
• Mentor IPT members through concept to certification and service.
• Coordinate with subsystem teams to define verification strategy and risk mitigation.
• Present engineering analyses to Rolls‑Royce customers and internal stakeholders.
