The position focuses on accurate tuition billing and efficient processes in Campus Nexus/Anthology, with collaboration across registrar teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business office or accounting experience.
• Experience in tuition billing operations preferred.
• Excellent customer service, oral and written communication.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Campus Nexus/Anthology experience preferred.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely billing of tuition in Campus Nexus/Anthology.
• Collaborate with ERS and Registrars in identifying tuition billing issues and efficiency in billing tuition and reconciliation process.
• Monitor and track daily student account billing transactions.
• Ensure ethical and accurate documentation and recordkeeping which meets all company and regulatory agency standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from the campuses.
• Other duties as assigned.
