Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Florida Bar admission in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience in general liability, premises liability or complex tort matters.
• Product liability defense exposure preferred.
• Strong legal research, pleadings, motions and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed analyses.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other filings.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations and trials.
• Interview clients, eyewitnesses and relevant parties.
• Prepare and deliver reporting on case status and strategy to clients.
• Collaborate with partners to advance case objectives and trial prep.
