Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.
• 4 years of general litigation experience across a broad range of practices.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with drafting pleadings, motions, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Support senior attorneys in case development, strategy, and client communications.
• Assist with discovery, including drafting requests and responses, and reviewing evidence.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations and trials, providing support to the litigation team.
• Review, organize, and manage case files, pleadings, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
