Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar in good standing.
• At least 3 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with general and premises liability, complex torts, and product liability defense.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed analyses.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other filings.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Interview clients and witnesses; manage case communications.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive case status reports and strategy.
• Collaborate with partners to advance case objectives with precision.
