Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of defense litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Florida.
• Experience with motion practice and depositions.
• Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions.
• Capable of independent work.
• Work in an organized and efficient manner.
• Superior research and writing skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to analyze complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
• Review and analyze discovery requests; prepare responses, pleadings, and motions.
• Trial preparation and support; maintain accurate time records.
• Work with senior lawyers and clients in a collaborative environment.
