• Ability to provide clear coverage recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience drafting litigation documents and pleadings.
• Experience in depositions, mediations, and related proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.
• Provide clear and actionable coverage recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
• Review and analyze document collections for litigation prep.
• Engage in direct communication with insurers (domestic/international).
• Collaborate with partners to advance case objectives with efficiency.
