The ideal candidate has 2+ years in fixed income, a finance-related degree, and preferably MBA/CFA, with strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Python/R is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in fixed income markets.
• MBA/CFA charter holder or working toward either is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Produce actionable market and economic research to support investment and hedging decisions.
• Ensure portfolio compliance and corporate governance standards are met.
• Assist in managing portfolio risk.
• Work jointly with credit and market risk on limit design and calibration.
• Assist in managing portfolio risk.
• Assist with debt and securitized issuance.
• Work with AI to help drive process efficiencies.
• Contribute to the development of investment and portfolio management guidelines and strategies, including risk and return objectives, risk and concentration constraints, and regulatory requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
