Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with transportation projects in the US.
• Ability to obtain PE license in Illinois (current license preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Civil focus preferred.
• Hybrid schedule available; locations include Decatur, IL; Rockford, IL; Schaumburg, IL; Lafayette, IN.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop geometric layouts, traffic control plans, drainage systems, and site development solutions.
• Interpret and apply engineering principles to plans, drawings, and specifications while maintaining QA/QC.
• Coordinate with subconsultants and multidisciplinary teams for field operations and design integration.
• Support technical documentation, design reports, and proposal development; mentor junior staff.
