Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to lead highway and roadway design projects for VDOT and municipal clients in Virginia. This role requires overseeing skilled engineers and managing multi-modal transportation planning.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and a P.E. license. RK&K offers a hybrid work environment, paid time off, and other comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering design and/or transportation/highway engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Strong understanding of Federal, State and local design criteria.

Responsibilities

• Review and certify engineering plans to meet quality standards.
• Mentor junior engineering and technician staff.
