Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Transportation Project Manager in Virginia Beach to lead highway and roadway design projects for VDOT and municipal clients. You will mentor a skilled team and manage multi-modal transportation projects throughout Virginia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering design or transportation/highway engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Experience with VDOT and local municipalities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation planning and design projects.
• Review and certify engineering plans and documents.
• Mentor junior staff on transportation design tasks.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government agencies.
