Qualifications
- Minimum of Ten (10) years of experience in civil engineering design and/or transportation/highway engineering.
- Strong understanding of Federal, State and local design criteria.
- Experience with Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-modal transportation planning and design projects.
- Review and certify engineering plans to meet quality standards.
- Mentor junior engineering and technician staff on design tasks.
- Coordinate and develop relationships with clients and government agencies.
