Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, technical, and customer service support to the account team and assigned clients.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and manage policy documents.
• Assist or lead new and renewal business processes, prepare submissions and proposals.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems and monitor task completion.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections while minimizing errors and omissions.
