Responsibilities

• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and manage documents
• Assist or lead new and renewal business processes including submissions and proposals
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems and monitor task completion
• Support billing, collections, and ensure policy documentation accuracy
