Job summary

Humana’s Transformation Office team is a high-performing group working with senior leaders to chart the course for the company’s future. The role focuses on accelerating the long-term vision through identifying opportunities, designing solutions, and implementing initiatives across member, patient, provider, and associate experiences.

Location is Louisville, KY or Arlington, VA with a hybrid arrangement (3 days in office). Travel is occasional, and relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years in management consulting or healthcare strategy.
• Experience solving strategic and operational problems for large-scale businesses.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of one or more workstreams with limited support from team leadership.
• Solves problems flexibly with quantitative analysis, qualitative research, stakeholder management, and slide design.
• Delivers high-quality, data-backed deliverables with limited rework.
• Translates insights into effective written communication, typically PowerPoint.
• Develops trust-based relationships with business partners.
• Demonstrates a growth mindset, seeking coaching and feedback to accelerate development.
• Manages large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional workstreams.
