Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Transformation Specialist for the Global Talent Organization to drive tactical execution and tracking of transformation initiatives. This role will operate in a hybrid environment, performing work from home and in LinkedIn offices on select days.

The candidate will own defined tasks within broader TMO projects, maintain accurate status reporting, and leverage TMO capabilities to deliver high-quality outcomes. Strong delivery discipline and strategic judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or related work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in project management, management consulting, program delivery, transformation, business operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead small projects independently and own defined workstreams or phases of mid-to-large transformation initiatives.
• Partner with senior transformation managers to plan and deliver cross-functional initiatives from initiation through close-out.
• Apply core transformation disciplines—project delivery, change management, process assessment, human-centric design, and measurement.
