Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Training & Quality intern in Charlotte, NC for Summer 2027. The paid internship runs May 17th, 2027 to Aug 6th, 2027, with 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in a hybrid work environment.

You will support Training & Quality teams (Field Accounting/FASTeam) by developing training materials, coordinating sessions, tracking attendance, and assisting with workshops across departments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s, rising Junior or Senior, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update training materials (presentations, manuals, e-learning).
• Coordinate training logistics (venues, schedules, reminders).
• Track attendance and collect feedback after sessions.
• Assist in delivering workshops by managing tools and distributing handouts.
