Compass Group USA is offering a Marketing Intern position in Charlotte, NC for Summer ’27. The internship runs May 17, 2027 through July 22, 2027, with a 40-hour workweek (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM) and a hybrid location in Charlotte, NC.

You will gain hands-on experience in content creation, employer branding, social media marketing, and recruitment marketing. The role includes cross-functional collaboration, contributing to high-visibility projects, and shaping the candidate experience at Compass

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in college/university pursuing marketing or related major.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite) preferred.
• Experience with content planning, creation, and promotion for digital and in-person efforts.
• Strong writing and editing skills; creative mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Create designs for digital and printed materials using Canva and other tools.
• Support university recruiting initiatives and campus engagement through content creation.
• Develop marketing campaigns including email communications and newsletters.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and internal teams to gather stories and testimonials.
• Plan and schedule recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
• Track social media engagement and suggest content improvements.
• Maintain recruiting content libraries and presentation templates.
• Monitor social channels and help establish best practices for candidate experience.
