• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products; working knowledge of Teams, Zoom, and Webex; familiarity with audio/visual technical set-up.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person training events for CMS.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, state Medicaid agencies, and external consultants.
• Prepare conference materials, name badges, certificates, and status reports.
