Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support cases and transactions.
• Draft well-written briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
• Assist/manage complex cases/transactions from inception to resolution with sound judgment.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships with timely updates.
• Collaborate with lawyers and professionals to develop and implement strategy.
• Attend hearings, depositions, negotiations, and trials as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies.
