Crestwood Advisors, part of Focus Financial Partners, seeks a Trade Operations Associate for its Boston-based team. The role centers on supporting Portfolio Management, Research, Operations and Wealth Management while collaborating with the Senior Trader.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in trading or investment operations and strong data skills. This is a hybrid position (3 days in office / 2 days remote) with potential for education support and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ relevant experience in trading, investment operations or portfolio support.
• Strong technological aptitude across platforms to ensure data accuracy and operational integrity.
• Experience with electronic trading and portfolio systems (e.g., RedBlack, Eclipse) preferred.
• Exposure to VBA or other analytical tools is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement equity execution through the firm’s order management system.
• Perform daily reconciliation between trading system and custodial records to ensure accurate settlement.
• Maintain and update security models in the order management system.
• Ensure all trading activity adheres to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide day-to-day trading and investment support to Portfolio Managers.
• Develop and maintain custom investment reports leveraging data from platforms like Koyfin, Black Diamond, RedBlack.
