Job summary

Crestwood Advisors in Boston seeks a Trade Operations Associate to join our hybrid team. The role sits at the center of the investment process, supporting Portfolio Management, Research, Operations and Wealth Management while collaborating with the Senior Trader.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years trading or operations experience, strong data skills, and familiarity with electronic trading platforms such as RedBlack or Eclipse.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of trading, investment operations or portfolio support experience.
• Strong data accuracy and cross-platform workflow skills.
• Experience with electronic trading systems preferred.
• Exposure to VBA or analytics tools is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Progress toward CFA designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute equity trading and support portfolio management activities.
• Reconcile daily trading system and custodial records for accurate settlement.
• Maintain models and update data in the order management system.
• Ensure trading complies with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide trading and investment support to portfolio managers.
• Develop investment reports using platforms like Koyfin, Black Diamond.
• Identify portfolio actions such as drift rebalancing or tax loss harvesting.
