Job summary

Partners Capital is seeking a Trade and Treasury Operations, Associate to support trade execution, settlement, and treasury functions in Boston. The role spans cash management, liquidity planning, and cross‑team coordination to ensure timely investment activity for multi‑asset vehicles.

The candidate will join the global Client Operations Team, collaborating with Investment and Operations colleagues across offices.

Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in trade operations, treasury, or investment operations in a professional setting.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
High attention to detail and strong data handling skills.
Experience with complex portfolio structures and multi-currency environments.
Knowledge of trading and cash management regulatory requirements.
Self-starter with analytical and organizational abilities; strong communication.
Experience with Bloomberg and custodian portals; ability to multitask.
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism and teamwork; receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

Support trade execution, settlement, and treasury across multiple asset classes.
Prepare investment documentation and review wires for timely execution.
Coordinate end-to-end execution with internal teams to meet deadlines.
Manage daily cash flow, liquidity and variance reporting for portfolios.
Assist with treasury systems enhancement and funding for private investments.
