Job summary

DWS Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Trade Support Analyst to perform post-execution trade lifecycle activities across MBS, Money Market, Fixed Income, and Equities. The role requires coordination with Portfolio Management and Trading teams to ensure accurate trade confirmation, settlement, and exception handling.

The analyst will monitor Aladdin and SWIFT systems, prepare reports, and collaborate with custodians and brokers. Strong knowledge of trade processing and automation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Experience with fixed-income instruments such as MBS, Money Market, and Municipal Bonds.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and discuss trade topics with stakeholders.
• Ability to work productively and collaboratively with regional and functional teams.
• Excellent client service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with the Aladdin platform or trade lifecycle processing, SWIFT messaging, and ADX.
• Strong understanding of BQL and its application in settlement templates.

Responsibilities

• Support the Fixed Income, Equities, and Liquidity Management desks with trade matching, transmission, confirmation, and settlement activities.
• Liaise among Trading, Portfolio Management, brokers, and custodians to ensure accurate trade-date and risk mitigation.
• Monitor the Aladdin Trading System Dashboard daily to identify new trades and ensure prompt confirmations.
• Monitor SWIFT transmissions and the SMF Pending Queue to identify and resolve potential message failures.
• Prepare and execute required daily and monthly reports.
• Communicate with custodians regarding trade settlement, exceptions, and other operational matters.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes to reduce operational risk and improve efficiency.
