Job summary

Cantor Fitzgerald in Jacksonville is seeking an Equity Middle Office Analyst to monitor trade discrepancies, manage settlements, and support a range of equity products.

You will work with traders, sales, and counterparties, gain exposure to domestic and international markets, ETFs, ADR conversions, and DMA, while developing proficiency in Fidessa and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front‑to‑back trade processing, including trade breaks, allocations, and settlement inquiries.
• Collaborate with traders, sales, and counterparties to ensure accurate trade capture and timely discrepancy resolution.
• Monitor daily equity, ETF, and options activity across domestic and international markets.
• Support operational tasks related to ADR conversions, preferred securities, DMA, and FX transactions.
• Participate in DTC/NSCC settlement processing and work with clearing teams to resolve exceptions.
• Gain exposure to corporate actions and assess their impact on equity positions.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing operational risk.
• Provide ad‑hoc analytical support to trading desks and management as needed.
• Maintain documentation of workflows and exception handling procedures.
• Develop proficiency in Fidessa and other systems.
