Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 licenses required.
• 3-5 years in Trade Operations or a similar finance role preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with urgency.
• Experience with prime broker/executing broker relationships a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of trade execution, settlement, and clearing for timely, accurate trades.
• Execute and process trades across mutual funds, UITs, equities, fixed income, and structured products.
• Ensure compliance with TRACE, RTRS, CAT regulatory requirements.
• Discrepancy resolution: resolve trade issues with multiple departments promptly.
• Provide proactive support to financial advisors and manage accounts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and operational support for service requests.
• Collaborate with Trade Desk leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Continuously develop expertise across all aspects of the trade desk.
