TEKsystems is seeking a licensed Financial Services Representative to join our Trade Desk team in Fort Worth, TX on a hybrid schedule. You’ll support clients with account servicing, trading activity, and money movement requests while applying strong customer service skills and regulatory knowledge.

The role blends financial operations and relationship management, requiring Series 7 and appropriate Series 63/65 or 66 licenses, plus client-focused, collaborative work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 license.
• FINRA Series 63 & 65 or Series 66 license (63 & 65 OR 66).
• Customer service experience in a financial services environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a client-focused, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from clients and financial professionals regarding investment accounts and trading activity.
• Assist with trade execution, mutual fund transactions, and money movement requests.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with financial industry regulations.
• Research and resolve account-related questions and service issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and field representatives to support client needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions.
• Participate in special projects and team initiatives as needed.
