Job summary

Isomorphic Labs in Cambridge, MA seeks its first Technical Program Manager to oversee small molecule drug discovery programs within the DDMR function. You will coordinate timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication, ensuring smooth integration with the London office and alignment with drug design teams in Cambridge.

You will work with finance, legal, alliance management, and AI/tech teams to drive program execution in a fast-paced environment, delivering impact and growth for the company.

Qualifications

• BSc in Biology, Chemistry or related discipline.
• Experience contributing to or leading early stage/discovery small molecule drug design programs.
• Understanding drug discovery & development processes in project governance.
• Experience managing budgets: planning, forecasting, monitoring.
• Experience with program risk management and operational processes.
• Able to interact with diverse stakeholders and communicate confidently.
• Patient, organised and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support DDMR with program planning and timeline monitoring.
• Forecast and report program budgets; support senior stakeholders.
• Liaise with CROs and external providers; assist with contracts.
• Help build and embed processes and operating systems across Isolabs.
