Job summary

Isomorphic Labs in Cambridge, MA, seeks a senior DMPK leader to drive DMPK strategy across drug discovery projects, integrating quantitative pharmacology with AI-enabled approaches to optimize drug properties.

You will collaborate with Preclinical and Clinical teams, author regulatory sections, supervise data integration, and guide the team toward high‑quality clinical candidates while upholding our culture of inclusion and continuous development. Hybrid work on site 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy or related field.
• 7–10+ years in a biotech/pharma DMPK role delivering high quality candidates.
• Experience in developing DMPK and quantitative pharmacology packages for early clinical development.
• Authoring/regulatory document review experience, oncology or immunology preferred.
• Collaboration with Preclinical and Clinical teams; strong biotransformation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead DMPK strategy for drug discovery projects.
• Integrate DMPK with PD and toxicology data for decision making.
• Define Quantitative Pharmacology strategy with Pharmacology Leads.
• Leverage datasets to address DMPK questions and advance design.
• Guide molecule design with physico-chemistry and biotransformation insights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI-enabled PK/ADME tools.
• Author DMPK sections of regulatory documents.
• Support a culture of inclusion and continuous professional development.
