Qualifications

• Equivalent education/experience totaling seven (7) years.
• Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
• Supervisory experience recommended: at least two (2) years.
• Experience using HRMS and Leave Tracker systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Time and Attendance Unit for Regions 5 & 6 and ensure timely payroll processing for ~2,000 employees.
• Interpret policies, prepare financial reports, and provide fiscal guidance to Regional Operations Manager.
• Oversee Leave Tracker balance, review Payroll Journals, and ensure compliance with CBAs and DCYF timekeeping policies.
• Advise on budgeting, update HRMS with schedule changes, and provide payroll information as needed.
