Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Network Technical Support Specialist to assist professional integrators in the smart and connected ecosystem. You will guide installation, troubleshoot, and configure a wide range of network products while owning complex issues with limited supervision.

The role requires 1–2 years of network installation experience or 1 year with internal training, plus relevant certifications. Hybrid work, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

1-2 years of professional experience installing and configuring network products.
Certifications: Network+, CCNA, CCNP or Control4 PCNA/Control4 Certification.
Strong troubleshooting across multiple product categories.

Responsibilities

Provide intermediate technical support for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and return processing.
Act as initial Tier-1 contact for ADI integrators in the Standard Network queue.
Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in internal systems.
Address network issues involving routing, switching, VLANs, QoS, and basic VPNs.
Follow procedures to resolve common issues under supervision.
Other duties as assigned.
