• 1–2 years of professional experience installing and configuring network products (routers, switches, wireless access points).
• Strong troubleshooting across multiple product categories and technologies.
• Excellent English communication skills; customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate technical support for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and return processing.
• Act as initial point of contact for ADI professional integrators (Tier-1).
• Document interactions and troubleshooting steps in internal systems.
• Address network challenges: routing, switching, VLANs, QoS, and security.
• Understand Layer 2/3 protocols and basic WAN/VPN concepts.
