Job summary

ADI Global Distribution seeks a Network Technical Support Specialist to assist network installations, troubleshoot configurations, and guide professional integrators across a vast product portfolio. The role emphasizes problem solving and ownership beyond typical tech support.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of network installation experience or 1 year of ADI tech support with internal training, and hold relevant certifications (Network+, CCNA, CCNP or PCNA/Control4).

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience installing and configuring network products such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Industry certifications: Network+, CCNA, CCNP OR PCNA & Control4 Certification.
• Strong aptitude for troubleshooting across multiple product categories and technologies.
• Familiarity with IoT, audio/video, networking, home automation, and surveillance technologies.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate technical support for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and returns.
• Serve as initial Tier-1 contact for ADI professional integrators in the Standard Network queue.
• Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in internal systems.
• Solve complex network challenges involving addressing, routing, VLANs, QoS, and security.
• Process product returns per verification protocols.
