Job summary

The United Football League (UFL) is seeking an Account Executive, Ticket Sales & Service to grow our Rhode Island fan base and drive ticket revenue. This hybrid role requires strong relationship building and a passion for delivering exceptional fan experiences.

Responsibilities include selling ticket packages, meeting sales targets, and representing the UFL at events while providing outstanding customer service to our supporters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year outbound sales experience.
• Premium and/or ticket sales experience in the sports and entertainment industry preferred.
• Minor League or start-up sports and entertainment experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products required.
• Experience with servicing customers is preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Experience with a ticketing system - Ticketmaster/Archtics. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell UFL ticket packages for designated team.
• Maintain a regular quota of ticket sales results and desired activity levels.
• Generate sales through deposit holders, existing leads, and develop new leads through prospecting and networking.
• Pitch prospective clients through virtual presentations, meetings, phone prospecting, social selling and events.
• Attend community, chamber of commerce and other organizations to generate leads.
• Follow up with customers to build relationships and hit sales goals.
• Provide high-level customer service to ticket package holders.
• Assist with game day activations to enhance fan experiences.
