Job summary

University of Kansas Medical Center seeks a Program Manager for the THRIVE Regional Hub in Garden City. You will lead regional deployment, coordinate training, and manage workflows across rural health partners to expand digital mental health services.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, progress tracking, and ensuring alignment with statewide goals. Hybrid in-office/remote work, with Kansas residency preferred.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of experience in program management, project management, healthcare operations, implementation support, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating multi-site projects or community-based initiatives.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience facilitating meetings and managing project-related communications.
• Experience coordinating workforce development, training programs, or implementation activities.
• Experience with quality improvement, evaluation, and reporting activities.
• Experience supporting grant-funded, federally funded, or state-funded initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Regional Deployment & Site Readiness: coordinate onboarding, platform setup, and readiness for sites.
• Regional Implementation & Training Coordination: lead rollout and training for providers and staff.
• Workforce & Program Operations: manage workflows, onboarding, and staffing across sites.
• Evaluation, Reporting & CQI: track evaluation items and communicate progress regionally.
• End-User Access & Support: resolve access barriers and ensure engagement across sites.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: convene regional meetings and share updates.
• Integration with Statewide Program Operations: align regional work with statewide goals.
