Responsibilities

• Receive and manage therapy orders via the NextGen Task Basket.
• Contact patients to schedule therapy appointments.
• Answer inbound calls from new and existing patients.
• Review NextGen for demographics and insurance verification.
• Dissect details to schedule convenient appointments.
• Schedule appointments through NextGen.
• Troubleshoot and resolve patient needs within TOA guidelines.
• Navigate multiple systems while documenting information.
