Job summary

Lincoln Financial Group is seeking a Territory Business Coordinator to provide routine and non-routine operations and sales support within the Life External Wholesalers program. The role emphasizes compliance, coordination of meetings, and marketing material processing in a hybrid work environment.

The candidate will collaborate with wholesalers, manage data in Salesforce, and develop marketing performance reports, while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills to drive results.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in administrative or customer service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing wholesaler emails and ensuring compliance disclosures.
• Process marketing materials via internal systems or mail merge.
• Log daily workflow and complete routine and non-routine tasks.
• Coordinate Roadshow, Lunch and Learn, and virtual meetings for wholesalers.
• Support personalized sales campaigns and routine meetings, including budgets and venue selection.
• Provide information and perform transactions related to programs and services.
• Offer consultative support to wholesalers while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with wholesalers and stakeholders through proactive communication.
• Extract contact data from Salesforce to build targeted outreach lists.
• Develop monthly marketing campaign performance reports for Sales Managers.
