Job summary

Lincoln Financial Group is seeking an Internal Wholesaler in a hybrid role. You will build strong relationships with key sales clients, manage complex information for proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing from sale to issuance.

Required are 1–3+ years in financial services sales, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), FINRA Series 6 and SIE upon hire, and Life & Health licensing upon hire.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3+ years in financial services sales or relationship management
• 4 year/bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of Bachelor's)
• FINRA Series 6 and SIE licenses – Upon Hire
• Resident State Life & Health – Upon Hire
• Proven ability to work under stress and multitask
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills and relationship management
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key sales clients to meet/exceed goals
• Capture and maintain sales data in systems and generate reports
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to process sold products
• Gather required information to create sales proposals
• Develop knowledge of Lincoln Financial Group products and services
• Identify opportunities to grow territory sales and improve processes
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Support development of territory business plans and marketing initiatives
