Lincoln Financial Group is seeking a qualified candidate for a hybrid role based in Radnor, PA, working three days per week in Lincoln offices. You will develop an understanding of annuities products and provide sales support to Advisors, Registered Representatives, Brokers and Plan Sponsor/Participants.

The role requires strong communication and relationship management, with licenses to be obtained within 120 days.

Qualificações

• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 licenses must be obtained within 120 days (where required by state).
• Resident Life & Health insurance licenses must be obtained within 120 days.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required (4 years of experience acceptable).

Responsabilidades

• Develop understanding of Annuities products and services to identify sales growth opportunities.
• Provide product and illustration sales support to Advisors, Registered Representatives, Brokers and Plan Sponsor/Participants.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone and in-person.
• Identify and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives.
