Job summary

Central Insurance in Columbus, OH is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop and manage your assigned territory, build strong agency relationships, and meet premium and project objectives.

This full-time role is hybrid, requires a bachelor\’s degree or substantial insurance experience, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Experience with PowerBI and working with independent agents is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 4 years of insurance experience or 6 years of relevant insurance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• PowerBI experience preferred.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic marketing plans for the territory to drive budgeted premium and policy growth.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with agency partners and internal teams.
• Drive sales pipeline; manage submission activity to meet premium targets.
• Communicate goals to agents and coordinate action plans for key agencies.
• Provide ongoing training on programs, products, services, and systems.
• Monitor market trends and territory performance to adjust strategies.
