Job summary

Delta Construction and Restoration in Memphis, TN is hiring a Construction & Restoration Sales Manager to own the Memphis territory and build referral relationships with insurance agents and fire departments across the metro.

This role blends field sales with construction/restoration know-how and offers on-target earnings of $52,000 to $175,000 per year, with a hybrid schedule and autonomy to manage your territory with support from a production team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Direct experience in construction, restoration, or a closely related trade.
• Valid drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Execute a Target Marketing Plan focused on insurance agents and fire departments.
• Build a structured call and visit rotation across your assigned territory.
• Document every call, visit, email, and presentation in the company CRM.
• Generate qualified leads that convert to job starts across service lines.
• Deliver lunch-and-learns and CE presentations to referral partners.
• Coordinate warm handoffs between referral sources, property owners, and our operations team.
