Job summary

• Execute a Target Marketing Plan focused on insurance agents and fire departments.
• Build a structured call and visit rotation across your assigned territory.
• Document every call, visit, email, and presentation in the company CRM.
• Generate qualified leads that convert to job starts across service lines.
• Deliver lunch-and-learns and CE presentations to referral partners.
• Coordinate warm handoffs between referral sources, property owners, and our operations team.

Delta Construction and Restoration is hiring a Construction & Restoration Sales Manager to own the Memphis, TN territory and build referral relationships with insurance agents and fire departments across the metro. On-target earnings are $52,000 to $175,000 per year (draw plus uncapped commission plus bonuses). This role requires both proven sales experience and real construction or restoration industry experience, because you will be talking shop with adjusters, agents, and fire officials who can tell the difference.
