Job summary

Food Allergy Institute is seeking a Territory Account Manager (Clinical Outreach) to expand our referral network across Northern LA County. You will cultivate relationships with physicians and medical groups, promote clinical services, and drive education and communication between practices and our organization.

This onsite/hybrid role requires travel to physician offices and community locations to grow patient referrals and support Affiliate Provider development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales, physician relations, or healthcare business development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to travel to physician offices and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with medical practices, providers, and clinical staff to strengthen the referral network.
• Cultivate relationships with clinical practices and provider networks for strategic partnerships and growth.
• Expand the referral funnel through office visits, tours, and community events.
• Educate physicians on anaphylaxis management, clinical programs, and patient education tools.
• Identify Affiliate Provider opportunities and support leadership in developing partnerships.
