• Opens deposit accounts and processes loan applications for various lending units.
• Prepares and closes loans for customers and makes referrals to other bank lines.
• Proactively engages high-value customers by phone and in person to grow the portfolio.
• Handles daily account maintenance and ensures compliance with bank policies.
• Supports quarterly sales goals while providing customer service and teller duties.
