Retail Region 2 Administration in North Hampton, NH seeks a blended Customer Service Representative and Teller to support branch operations. The role combines platform sales with teller transactions in a hybrid daily workflow.

Starting rate is $22.00 per hour. Benefits and retirement packages are included; prior banking or sales experience is preferred to help achieve quarterly sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller or otherwise).
• The ability to communicate information clearly and build relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of a traditional branch customer service representative and teller, primarily in specific branch locations.
• Open deposit accounts and process loan applications for various lending units.
• Close loans for customers and make referrals to other bank lines and third-party partners.
• Proactively reach out to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Process deposits, cash checks, and handle monetary instruments—ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support quarterly sales goals and adhere to bank policies and procedures.
