Job summary

Inspiration Wellness, LLC seeks a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) for a 1099 contract, hybrid practice with in-office and telehealth sessions. The role includes full administrative and clinical support, and flexible scheduling to balance client care with personal commitments.

Compensation ranges from $45-$65 per billable hour, with supervision toward independent licensure (LCSW). Prior MD LMSW and MSW are required, plus proficiency in EHR/telehealth and a commitment to ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Maryland LMSW license.
• MSW from an accredited program.
• Experience in a clinical mental health setting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with EHR and telehealth platforms.
• Commitment to cultural competence and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to adults and/or adolescents.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
