Job summary

Modern Woodmen of America is seeking a Technology Trainer to design and refresh technology training materials, convert technical concepts into practical learning content, and partner with IT and business teams to drive adoption across the organization.

You will develop Modern Woodmen-specific resources, deliver training to internal and external users in person and virtually, and help maintain training standards across platforms. The role is hybrid with a focus on clear, accessible content.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, content creation, or related role.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to content quality.
• Ability to collaborate with IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refresh technology training materials (videos, guides, job aids, modules).
• Create Modern Woodmen-specific content complementing vendor training.
• Partner with IT and business teams to identify learning needs and translate them into content.
• Develop and maintain training standards and practices.
• Administer and support training platforms and content publication.
