Job summary

Southwest Airlines is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology to advance Lean Portfolio Management practices and coordinate portfolio reviews. The role requires strong communication and agility to deliver effective solutions in a dynamic environment, based on the Dallas campus with hybrid on-site days.

You will lead cross-functional teams and guide strategic implementations across business and technology groups.

Qualifications

• Lean Portfolio Management and SAFe experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Knowledge of software development practices and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, facilitate, and influence objective execution across branch and corporate levels.
• Participate in organization-wide initiatives (performance management, budgeting, training).
