Job summary

FOH is seeking a dynamic Business Technology and Innovation Director in Miami to lead the ERP and IT ecosystems, driving growth, security, and data-driven decision making. You’ll oversee SAP B1, BI reporting, and cybersecurity while building a high-performing IT team and strong cross-functional partnerships.

You will shape technology strategy, partner with Finance and Operations, and champion AI-enabled workflows to optimize performance and governance.

Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years’ experience in SAP B1 or similar ERP
Minimum 4+ years’ experience in leadership/ managerial role
Mastery of SAP Business One required
Proficient in running SQL queries and Crystal Reports
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
SAP Business One Certification highly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead technology strategy and systems across ERP, IT infrastructure, BI, websites
Ensure platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs
Develop and implement SOPs for controls, separation of duties and audit-readiness
Promote IT security training and workshops for staff
Manage helpdesk tickets and project execution to support FOH teams
Collaborate with Finance to align IT with budgeting and L/L reporting
