FOH is seeking a Business Technology and Innovation Director in Miami to lead ERP, IT infrastructure, BI, and cybersecurity. This hands-on leader will drive technology strategy, scale systems, and build a high-performing team while partnering across the organization to enable growth and innovation.

The role supports a hybrid schedule in Miami, with on-site HQ and remote work two days per week. Requires SAP B1 mastery, 6+ years’ ERP experience, and strong leadership capabilities.

Formación

• 6+ years’ experience in SAP B1 or similar ERP systems.
• 4+ years’ experience in leadership/management roles.
• Mastery of SAP Business One is required.
• Proficient in running SQL queries and Crystal Reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; SAP certification preferred.

• Lead technology strategy and ERP, IT, BI, websites, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Oversee system performance, security, and data integrity across departments.
• Build and coach a high-performing IT team and partner with finance and operations.
